The Germitec entity responsible for processing your personal data varies depending on your geographical location in the world. Germitec entities are referred to as “Germitec“, “our” and “we” in the Privacy Policy.

You will find below the list of Germitec entities that may be responsible for processing:

  • United Kingdom : GERMITEC UK LTD, a company incorporated under English law with a share capital of €24,632.62 and located at 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, England, EC4Y 0DA, registered 13092261 with the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales and represented by Vincent GARDES, in his capacity as Managing Director.

2. What kind of personal data do we collect ?

For the purposes of the Sites we collect the following personal data :

  • Data you provide to us : When you contact us, register for online training or interact with us, we collect the personal data we need, such as your name, first name or e-mail address.

3. For what purposes and for how long your personal data is processed ?

We collect and process your personal data for defined purposes and for a limited period of time. The following table gives details of the purposes and legal bases for the processing we carry out, as well as the periods for which your data is stored.

Germitec does not retain your personal data beyond what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
